Easton is the co-founding Partner of Turner | Kennedy, APC. He is a dedicated attorney with over a decade of experience representing clients in workers’ compensation defense. He attended law school in San Diego and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2011. Easton began his legal career in civil litigation, where he developed a keen eye for detail and legal tactics. He has since built a career defined by rigorous preparation, strategic advocacy, and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for his clients.

 

This foundation continues to shape his practice today, enabling him to provide clients with proactive, result-driven defense in complex matters. For more than 10 years, Easton has concentrated his practice on workers’ compensation defense, representing employers, insurers, and third-party administrators across California.

 

Outside of work, Easton values time with his family, traveling, hiking with his German Shepherd, volunteering and participating in water sports along the California coast.

Nicole Sady-Kennedy

Nicole is the co-founding Partner of Turner | Kennedy, APC. She graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Legal Studies in 2010 while playing D-III Soccer all four years. Nicole then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Western State College of Law in Fullerton in 2013, during which time she gained invaluable litigation experience at the Public Defender and District Attorney Offices.

 

Nicole began her legal career in construction defect law learning the ins and outs of insurance defense work and the need for thorough communication with the client.  She then worked in employment law on class action wage and hour lawsuits before finding her passion in workers’ compensation. As a Workers' Compensation defense attorney, Nicole has represented a variety of insurance carriers, third-party administrators and self-insured employers, including staffing agencies, school districts, and hospitals. Nicole works with her clients to make cost-effective decisions with the goal of diminishing exposure. She specializes in drafting precise Petitions and persuasive Trial Briefs that stand on solid legal and factual foundations to achieve the most favorable results for her clients. Nicole also speaks Spanish as she is half-Argentinian.
